Levels of Support for Jayhawk GPS - 1) Help Center & User Guides, 2) Jayhawk GPS Specialists, 3) Retention Technologies Coordinator, 4) Navigate EAB Support



Training Prerequisites

  1. All staff and instructors have access to Jayhawk GPS.
  2. Staff serving as front desk support will need their supervisor to complete an access request form.
  3. Before access can be granted or training provided, users must also have completed FERPA training.

Workshops

Training workshops will cover the basics of selecting availability, scheduling appointments with students, and synching your Jayhawk GPS and Outlook calendars.
