Levels of Support for Jayhawk GPS - 1) Help Center & User Guides, 2) Jayhawk GPS Specialists, 3) Jayhawk GPS Coordinator, 4) Navigate EAB Support

Training Prerequisites

  1. All staff and instructors have access to Jayhawk GPS. The level of access will be determined by role and job responsibilities. 
  2. Staff serving as front desk support will need their supervisor to complete an access request form.
  3. Before access can be granted or training provided, users must also have completed the KU Registrar's online FERPA training course and the Jayhawk GPS User Agreement. For more information, see Requesting Access to Jayhawk GPS.

Training workshops will cover the basics of selecting availability, scheduling appointments with students, and synching your Jayhawk GPS and Outlook calendars.
