FAQs

You, your Academic Advisor, and the other members of your Success Team (financial aid counsellor, career advisor, mentor) have access to view your information in Jayhawk GPS/Navigate360. This includes final grades, past and present courses, and notes from advising appointments. Please note that if your parents have delegate access through Enroll & Pay, they are still unable to see anything in Jayhawk GPS. 

Hold information is updated every 20 minutes in Navigate360 Student, so check back later to see if it's successfully been resolved in the app. If this issue persists, contact navigatesupport@eab.com.

The Hand Raise feature allows you to “raise your hand” by issuing an alert on yourself, using the Navigate360 Student app on desktop or mobile. There are several reasons listed for a Hand Raise, ensuring a student gets connected to a resource that can assist them. You can cancel appointments through Jayhawk GPS by selecting the appointment and clicking cancel. 

You can find your success team (advisors, counselors, mentors)  in the Appointments tab. If you click on "Appointments" on the home page, you can see a tab at the top of the page called "My Team". Here, you can find contact information for your success team or schedule an appointment with them.

The “Schedule View” only shows the courses taking place in that current week. If you look at your course schedule for a future term, that display shows all courses scheduled for that term. For example, if you have a 8-week course that starts later in the semester, it won’t be shown in the Schedule View until the week it starts. 

Notification settings can be changed under the Settings icon within the Navigate360 Student app.
