What is Jayhawk GPS?
Jayhawk GPS is an online system that our professional academic advisors use to engage with and monitor the academic progress and success of current KU undergraduate students.
Can I see my student's information in Jayhawk GPS?
Only currently enrolled KU students and their assigned academic support network can view information in Jayhawk GPS. Students can choose to designate you or any third party as a "delegate" to view information on their account in Enroll & Pay. For more information on delegate access, visit https://registrar.ku.edu/delegate

What does my student see in Jayhawk GPS?
Through Jayhawk GPS, your student will be able to access an advising appointment scheduling system, their current class schedule, and view notes from their academic advising appointments. The student data in Jayhawk GPS is fed into the system from Enroll & Pay, and is refereshed nightly.
What can my student do with Jayhawk GPS?
Your student will be able to schedule an academic advising appointments using Jayhawk GPS as long as their assigned advisor(s) has availability. Students can also use this tool to communicate with their advisor.
What is Navigate Student?
Jayhawk GPS provides a companion app called Navigate Student to provide undergradaute students with easy access to schedule advising appointments, campus resources and enrollment holds. Students can download the app to a mobile device through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).
How does/can my student make an advising appointment using Jayhawk GPS or Navigate Student?
We recommend that your student follow the guides under the student resource section
to make an appointment online. However, they may still contact their advising units directly to make an appointment by calling or walking into the various advising locations.
